: Projects where “done-for-you” work has begun are non-refundable.
3. Launched Campaigns
: Services that have been launched live, including campaigns, are non-refundable.
4. Subscription Services
: Cancellations are allowed anytime, but past months are non-refundable. In certain cases, we may refund the last month only.
5. Auto Recharge Payments
: Payments for SMS/MMS, phone numbers, A2P registration fees, etc., are non-refundable as they cover direct costs incurred with third-party providers.
6. Discounted Packages
: Promotional rates and packages, including term-based commitments for 3, 6, or 12-month packages, are non-refundable. This includes annual or lifetime access plans.
7. Unused Service Time
: Unused months of service or hours of assistance are non-refundable for promotional or extended-term packages.
1. Educational Courses
: Courses purchased through Blast CRM can be refunded within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, refunds are not available.
•Goods on sale or promotional pricing cannot be refunded.
•Users violating our Terms and Conditions (e.g., intentional spamming, phishing) are ineligible for refunds.
